Regarding the battery power issue, here we will explain a few points to pay attention to when you use Welock Smart Lock.
When installing the battery for the first time or changeing the battery, the battery level display may not be accurate:
this is because the system needs to go through a calibration process.
Step 1 Install/Change Battery
Step 2 Calibration power: Repeat the fingerprint/password unlock 10 times after installing the battery.
It takes about 10 locking operations for the battery display to become more accurate and reliable.
The system will correct the update frequency and measure the battery level every 5 hours.
Password:
Press any button to wake up the lock first + “123456”(initial password) +”Lock”
X 10 times Unlocking Calibration
Fingerprint:
Press “wake up”botton + any fingerprint
X 10 times Unlocking Calibration
Step 3 Calibration power: Please try to unlock the device by Bluetooth via APP.

How to use Welock App to bind Welock Smart Lock?
It is recommended to unlock the device several times during the initial use: this will help the system to complete the calibration as soon as possible, so that the battery level display will become more stable and reliable.
And the power will be back to normal.

Normally, the battery life of WELOCK Smart Lock is about 12 months if you unlock it 10times per day. However, actual usage may vary depending on factors such as frequency of use and ambient temperature.
If the battery still drains fast after observing for a while after the power level is corrected, please contact WELOCK Customer Support Department in time, and we will do our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution.
