Welock’s European smart lock is currently only compatible with Euro Profile Cylinders. Therefore, it is necessary for both sides of your door to have European lock core holes in order to use Welock smart lock. It is not compatible with Knob Cylinders, UK Oval Cylinders, or Swiss Round Cylinders. If you are unsure whether your lock cylinder is compatible with Welock, please contact us for confirmation.
