Please note that a factory reset will erase all guest and administrator data from the lock, restoring it to its original settings out of the box.
Step1: Sign in to the Welock App and click on the smart lock you want to reset in the device list.
Step2: Click on the reset button shown in the picture below
3. Click OK your Welock smart lock will be reset to factory settings.
