Please take note of the following:
- Ensure that the account and password entered when logging into Alexa match those used for logging into the We.Lock App. (Please log in to the app using a password instead of an SMS code.)
- Verify the presence of the lock under the gateway in the Welock app and confirm that the lock can be opened through the gateway correctly.
- Check whether Alexa has correctly added the Welock skill and if the lock has been synchronized to Alexa.
