1. Purpose
This procedure is designed to help customers resolve compatibility issues between locks and doors. During use, if the lock cylinder is not fully compatible, customers may encounter problems such as jamming, free spinning, or actual spinning.
By measuring and providing feedback on the detailed information of the original cam, we can better diagnose and address these issues to provide you with the most suitable smart lock cylinder.

2. Tools
* Vernier caliper or ruler
* Screwdriver
* Mobile phone (optional, for taking photos)
3. Disassembly Steps (Skip this step if already disassembled)
Remove the original lock body: Use a screwdriver to remove the screws on the door side of the lock body, remove the lock cylinder handle, take off the lock body, and expose the lock cylinder.

4. Measure the thickness of the original lock body cam
* Measurement steps: Place the vernier caliper on the side of the cam and measure its thickness.
* Record the measured thickness (unit: millimetres).
*Take a photo of the cam for future reference, ensuring the photo is clear and clearly shows the cam’s shape and dimensions.

5. Feedback information
Provide us with the measurement data (thickness) and photo, and please describe the issues you encountered in detail, such as jamming, free spinning, or actual spinning, while also specifying the compatibility between the lock and the door.
